Staff were exceptional during a typhoon, maintaining services. Amenities catered to both kids and adults, providing stress relief. Comfortable beds, larger pool and beach than expected. Special thanks to Nikki, Ivy, and Alfredo for their assistance. We were upgraded to a pool villa, which was the highlight.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly resort. The pools were a big hit, especially the moat where we enjoyed floating around. The buffet had a great variety of ethnic food, which we really appreciated. The Pororo Park was a big hit with our kids, they had a blast there. The resort's service was very considerate and kind, making us feel well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also a treat. We had a great time overall and would recommend this resort.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities certainly fulfilled my needs. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were amazing, along with the sun loungers that offered a great relaxation time. It was lovely to have beach access and enjoy the beachfront with my family. the spa centre was a must-visit and provided excellent Spa & wellness treatments. the entertainment performances in the evening were so impressive, and we had so much fun.
The only minor issue we faced was the Sauna, which was not working correctly. the service was quick to respond, but the overall Sauna experience was less than satisfactory.

This hotel is a luxurious resort that offers exclusive amenities. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terrace and beach access provide a great experience for relaxing. the poolside snack bar serves delicious food and drinks, while the location advantage is perfect for enjoying water activities.
While the spa and wellness centre had great facilities, I found that the services were not of the same standard as other five-star hotels.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, catering to different tastes. there are numerous facilities, such as a pool, Pororo park, and a bar, that add to the overall enjoyment of the resort.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The slides were awesome, and my son loved them. The food at the restaurant was very good. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were nice and friendly. The private pool in our villa was a nice bonus.
